Why we started Auragro
We grew up in Chennai where our grandmother never bought spices from a shop. Everything was grown, sun-dried, and stone-ground at home using traditional Chekku methods.
When we moved to the city, we realised we had lost that. The packaged products tasted nothing like home. So we went back — to the same methods, the same ingredients — and Auragro Foods was born.
